Your weekly mission: carry more heavy shit

I’ll never forget the day I woke up to a fire red sky. I don’t know how to describe the feeling because if you told me the day before what was going to happen, I literally would not have understood. Unimaginable is the word that comes to mind. 2020 is a challenging year.

I didn’t train that day. I figured it was best to stay inside. To conserve energy. To play it “safe”. To excuse myself of the responsibility.

But then I realized something…

FUCK THAT

Life is changing, maybe forevermore. Now more than ever we need to be ready. To be strong. To train diligently. To resist weakness. It is better to be strong than weak.

So the next day I went outside and carried more heavy shit.

Please meet the kettlebell carry.

SPEX:

  • Create a loop
  • Pick up a heavy weight
  • Carry the weight around the loop
  • Complete as many loops as possible in 30 minutes

In this video I’m using the 36kg big boi kettlebell. And the good news is, I finally found a good use for a baseball field.
